1. Executive Director/CEO: Oversees all operations and ensures the foundation’s mission and goals are achieved.
2. Board of Directors: Provides governance, oversight, and direction for the foundation.
3. Operations Manager: Manages day-to-day activities and ensures smooth operation of programs and facilities.
4. Finance Director/CFO: Manages the financial health of the foundation, including budgets, fundraising, and accounting.
5. Development/Fundraising Director: Oversees all fundraising and development efforts to secure financial support for programs.

1. Program Director: Designs, manages, and evaluates the foundation’s youth programs.
2. Youth Program Coordinators: Coordinates specific programs (e.g., after-school programs, mentoring, sports, arts).
3. Volunteer Coordinator: Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for various programs and events.

1. Education Specialist: Develops curriculum and educational materials for youth programs.
2. Community Outreach Coordinator: Builds partnerships with schools, organizations, and communities to expand the foundation’s reach.
3. Mentorship Program Manager: Oversees mentor-mentee relationships and ensures quality and impact.
4. Career and Guidance Counselor: Provides career advice, job readiness training, and life skills to the youth.

1. Administrative Assistant: Provides general administrative support, such as scheduling, documentation, and communication.
2. IT Coordinator: Manages the foundation’s technology needs, including websites, software, and databases.
3. Marketing and Communications Manager: Manages public relations, social media, newsletters, and promotion of the foundation’s mission.

1. Social Worker/Counselor: Provides emotional and psychological support for at-risk youth.
2. Case Manager: Works directly with youth to connect them to services and monitor their progress.
3. Health and Wellness Coordinator: Promotes mental, physical, and emotional wellness through various initiatives.

1. Legal Advisor: Ensures compliance with nonprofit laws and advises on contracts, policies, and risks.
2. Grant Writer: Researches and writes grant applications to secure funding from various sources.

1. Facilities Manager: Ensures that the physical spaces used for programs and offices are safe and well-maintained.
2. Transportation Coordinator: Manages transportation needs for youth attending programs and events.
