Welcome to ROOTS where you can Invest With Liv. ROOTS has a Gift Card where you can share a blessing of REIT and help your child invest in Real Estate. It's not complicated — as a parent, you can sign them up under your custodianship to benefit as they grow.
As of the 1st quarter of 2026, each unit is approximately $150 ea. Personally, I like to purchase in whole units.
